POSITIONS - Now Available

FINE JEWELRY SALES ASSOCIATES - Experience in jewelry or sales are not required, but can be helpful. Applicants should be pleasant, outgoing, cheerful, fast-learners, and team-players. Also, self-motivated and goal-oriented. They should display excellent hygiene, dress, and good conversational skills. Applicants without experience must agree to take home study materials to advance the learning. All employees are expected to attend a weekly meeting that may require them to come in on their day off. Compensation Packages are results-oriented and range from $24,000 to $45,000 with an unlimited potential. Schedules are based on 40 to 45 hour 5-day work weeks. All applicants must be able to work store's retail hours.

ASSISTANT MANAGERS AND MANAGER TRAINEES - Minimum Previous Experience Required; 3-Years as FINE JEWELRY SALES ASSOCIATE, or 5-Years in jewelry sales elsewhere, or 2-Years as Jewelry Assistant Manager elsewhere. Applicant should meet or exceed the standards set forth in our training program. Good performance record and desire to advance further in management. Additional skills necessary: organization, delegation, task-management, and floor awareness.

 

STORE MANAGER - Minimum Previous Experience Required; 2-Years as Assistant Manager with our company, or 5-Years as Jewelry Assistant Manager elsewhere, or 2-years as a jewelry store manager elsewhere. Additional Skills necessary: leadership, passion, planning, priority management & networking.

 

BOOKKEEPER/ADMIN ASSISTANT/INVENTORY CONTROLLER - (this is one position) Skills Required: Computer, QuickBooks, Outlook, EXCEL, and a familiarity of DOS-based programs. Also; bookkeeping, organization, systems, reconciling, light accounting, light typing, fast-learner, efficient, professional appearance, good phone skills, excellent follow-up, pleasant personality, self-motivated, and be a team-player. Pay Scale ranges from $10 to $12 per hour.

 

JEWELER - Experienced jeweler skilled in all phases of goldsmith, basic repair, gem setting, and refurbishment. Also helpful; custom-design skills, Hand fabrication skills, CAD experience, and laser welding. Appearance, customer relations, and teamwork skills are all pluses. Pay will be commensurate to experience and results. Average range is $30,000 to $45,000. Bench test will be required.
