Roberto Coin Trunk Show Saturday November 19th
You may recall that we previously had to reschedule our Roberto Coin Trunk Show that was originally scheduled to happen the weekend that hurricane Ian made its appearance. Well it’s that time again and the trunk show is coming up NEXT weekend on Saturday November 19th at our Lutz location.

Holiday Ornament
For those of you that are Dade City lovers, you are going to be very excited to see our first ever collectable limited edition Holiday Ornament which features the iconic Downtown Dade City Courthouse dressed in it's holiday attire. This ornament will officially be available starting at the Dade City Christmas Stroll on Saturday December 3rd and you can get one for FREE with a purchase of $99 or more during the stroll. Kiefer Conclave
Another Kiefer tradition is our annual company meeting which we call the Kiefer Conclave. For one day a year, we close both of our stores to gather before the holiday craziness begins. We use this time to celebrate and acknowledge the accomplishments that have been achieved so far for the year. Like our store manager of the Lutz store officially hitting $1 million in sales for the third year in a row! We presented her with this gorgeous pearl award since pearls are the gemstone of the third anniversary.
We also celebrated not only our company's 65th anniversary, but the 25th anniversary of the Hevia family taking over the business from the Kiefer family. And we got to celebrate lots of employees' anniversaries including Irene’s 25th work anniversary with Kiefers. We are so blessed and grateful to have the incredible team that we have.
In addition, we use this day to brainstorm how to improve for our customers. We discussed all kinds of topics like how to dress for success and present our jewelry in a professional manner for our clients. We practiced and rehearsed our new Preferred Platinum program so we can answer all of your questions about this amazing new offering. The biggest surprise of the day was a drop-in from the President and CEO of Ostbye, which is the manufacturer of our Diamond Marriage Symbol, Christian Marriage Symbol and Shimmering Diamond collections. Ostbye is a private label manufacturer that has been family-owned for over 100 years! We love that we get the opportunity to carry only the finest quality jewelry that supports families just like yours.
We also hosted our second annual design competition where our team had the opportunity to design their very own one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry with a story explaining their inspiration behind the design. We then voted on our favorite design which we will produce and sell in our store! Stay tuned on social media to see more info on our Kiefer original designs and when they will be available.

Donation to the Jewelers Relief Fund
In last month’s newsletter we announced that we felt called to make a donation to the Jewelers Relief Fund organized by Jewelers of America. Our stores suffered no damage from Hurricane Ian but we do know of several family-owned jewelry stores across the state that were affected greatly by this catastrophic storm. That’s why we decided to donate a percentage of all of our sales from the month of October to this cause. We are so excited to say that we raised a large sum for this cause and made our donation. We know this is just a drop in the bucket as to what is really needed to rebuild our beautiful state and we would like to encourage you to donate towards this organization or any other organization that you may feel passionate about. We Got Robbed!
What’s the key to a successful jewelry store heist? Having all the keys to the front door, the alarm codes and safe combinations of course! That’s right, it was an inside job and no one was harmed in the making of this Halloween trick. Owners Wendy Hevia and Alex Hevia Schlindwein decided to dress up for Halloween as jewelry store robbers as a prank/joke and it was just as much fun to pull off as it was to watch.
