Pandora always gives us a great promotion for Black Friday and this year they are started extending the deals from 11/24-11/30 so you have tons of time to shop! Double Rewards 11/26-11/28
In case you aren’t familiar with our rewards program, typically customers can earn $1 for every $20 spent that they can cash in towards free jewelry! But this Black Friday we are offering $2 for every $20 spent! That’s double the rewards and double the savings! This is essentially like getting a 10% discount on your purchase! You can rack up your dollars and cash them out later towards Valentine’s Day, birthday, anniversary or other occasion; or you can turn around and cash them out the same day! You can participate in these savings whether you already have a Kiefer Rewards card or are new to our rewards program. We want to make sure everyone has time to take part in this awesome promotion so we are running this from Black Friday through Small Business Saturday and even on Sunday 11/28 in our Lutz location! How do I know if I’m on the rewards program?
Just call or text us at 813-909-2393 (Lutz) or 352-567-2378 (Dade City) to speak with one of our associates and we will be happy to check that for you.
Do my rewards dollars expire?
Yes, our rewards cycle goes from Oct 1st to Sept 30th of the following year so any rewards dollars that are earned now should be cashed out before they expire on Sept 30th, 2023. Don’t worry, we send you lots of reminders before your rewards dollars expire!
Can I earn rewards dollars on my Rolex purchase?
As part of our dealer agreement with Rolex, we are not able to offer any type of discount or incentive on their product so for this reason all Rolex purchases and Rolex repairs are excluded from our rewards program. This means that you cannot earn or use rewards dollars on a Rolex transaction.
Can I earn rewards dollars on sale items?
Great question! Since our rewards program is a form of discount, this would be like offering a double discount which we simply do not have the margin to offer so for this reason sale, clearance and discount items will not earn rewards dollars. But you can use rewards dollars to pay for a sale or clearance item!
How long has the Kiefer rewards program been around?
We test marketed for a few years before fully launching it into the program that we have now but the program has been available since 2015.
I think I lost my rewards card, can I get a replacement card?
Our rewards program is actually automatically linked to your account in our system so there’s no need to hold onto the physical card.
If I use rewards dollars to pay for part of an item but it doesn’t cover the full amount, will I earn points on the balance that I pay out of pocket? Another great question!
The answer is no you will not earn points on the remaining balance if rewards points are used as part of the payment method on an item. For this reason, we recommend racking up your rewards dollars until you can buy something in full with your rewards dollars otherwise you will be leaving money on the table! This is why we give you an entire year to store up your rewards dollars before they expire.
Can I use my rewards dollars to make a purchase on the website?
Unfortunately we do not have this capability yet but we are working on adding this to our website soon. We are happy to assist you remotely to cash out your rewards dollars and we are happy to ship your purchase anywhere within the U.S. for you if you are not able to make it into our store.
Is my purchase tax-exempt when cashing out my rewards dollars?
Yes it is! It’s essentially like we are giving you the item for free so no tax has to be paid when you are using rewards dollars! For example, if you have $85 dollars of rewards dollars and you want to buy an item that is $85 then you will not have to pay the tax amount of $5.95 out of pocket. So you want to find something with a subtotal before tax as close to your rewards dollar amount as possible.

Some other services we are offering this holiday season are free holiday gift wrapping! We know that our customers light up when they see a Kiefer bag under the tree and we pride ourselves on giving a memorable presentation. Every gift from Kiefer comes with complimentary gift wrapping. Feel free to let your Kiefer associate know if you have any preferences on the color scheme for your special present.
Curbside Service
We know that you are busy this holiday season so we are proud to offer curbside service to our customers. This means that you can actually stay in your car and we will come out to you and service you from the comfort and warmth of your own vehicle. Just give us a call or text to let us know that you are here and what product or service that you are looking for and one of our Kiefer elves will be right with you. We can do anything from delivering your jewelry repair, to selecting a Pandora charm, to cleaning your jewelry all via our curbside service. If you are worried about the lines and wait times, call ahead and give us a heads up to let us know that you are on your way so that we can make sure we have someone available to help you when you arrive.

Tired of always returning or exchanging your gifts after the holidays? Or not getting anything at all! With the Kiefer wishlist program you never have to go through that again! Stop into either of our stores and enjoy a glass of wine or other beverage of your choice while you shop around and try on anything that catches your attention.
