When is the promotion available?
Our Black Friday promotion is officially available November 27–30, 2026, at both Kiefer Jewelers locations and online at our website.

Do I have to purchase something in stock?
No! Both in-stock merchandise and qualifying special orders are eligible.

Special orders must be placed and paid in full during the promotional dates to qualify for a complimentary gift.

Are custom jewelry designs eligible?
Yes! Custom jewelry designs qualify if they are paid in full during the promotional dates.

Can I finance my purchase and still receive a gift?
Yes! Qualifying purchases using financing terms of up to 6 months are eligible for this promotion.

Does adding Preferred Platinum Protection Plan count towards my qualifying tier?
Yes! Preferred Platinum purchases will count towards your subtotal and qualifying tier amount.

Can I use my Kiefer Rewards and/or will I earn Kiefer Rewards with this promotion?
No. Kiefer Rewards will not be earned on transactions including the free gift with this Black Friday promotion.

Do jewelry repairs qualify?
Jewelry repairs alone do not qualify for a complimentary gift. However, a repair associated with a qualifying jewelry purchase may be eligible.  Ask your associate for more detials.

What if I have an existing layaway?
Layaway pickups completed during the promotional event may qualify for a complimentary gift, based on the eligible purchase total.

Can I combine this promotion with other discounts or offers?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotional offers, or Kiefer Rewards.

Can I receive more than one gift?
Each qualifying purchase is eligible for the applicable gift selection based on the qualifying transaction total.  

Customers who spend $5,096 or more may choose all four gifts from the first four tiers instead of one higher-tier gift.

What if I shop online?
Online purchases qualify for our Black Friday promotion, too!

Simply place your qualifying order on our website during the promotional dates. Your complimentary gift will be included with your shipment and reflected on your final receipt.

If you have a preference for an eligible gift from a lower tier, please contact our team before placing your order so we can assist you.

What if my preferred gift is unavailable?
All complimentary gifts are available while supplies last. Gift availability may vary, and substitutions or alternative qualifying gift options may be offered if a particular item is no longer available.

Qualifying purchase thresholds are based on the eligible merchandise purchase total before applicable sales tax.
Complimentary gifts are available with qualifying purchases only and while supplies last.
In-stock merchandise qualifies when purchased during the promotional dates.
Special orders qualify only when placed and paid in full during the promotional dates.
Custom jewelry designs qualify only when paid in full during the promotional dates.
Qualifying layaway pickups are eligible during the promotional event.
Financing terms of up to 6 months are permitted.
Preferred Platinum purchases qualify.
Standalone jewelry repairs are excluded unless associated with a qualifying jewelry purchase.
Kiefer Rewards cannot be earned with this promotion.

Customers may select a complimentary gift from a lower qualifying tier instead of the highest tier earned.
